We are looking for a Senior Data & AI Startegistfor LATAM, based in Mexico.

As a Senior Data & AI Strategist at Keyrus, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing data and AI strategies for our clients. You will work closely with C-suite executives, business leaders, and technical teams to define AI-driven roadmaps, assess data maturity, and implement innovative AI solutions aligned with business goals. You will also contribute to thought leadership, develop frameworks, and mentor junior consultants.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Strategy Development: Design and implement data and AI strategies that align with business objectives, identifying key opportunities for AI-driven innovation and data monetization.
• Advisory & Consulting: Work closely with clients to assess data capabilities, define AI governance frameworks, and recommend best practices for data-driven decision-making.
• Use Case Definition & Prioritization: Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical feasibility.
• Operating Model Design: Develop AI-driven operating models, organizational structures, and talent strategies to enable scalable AI adoption.
• Data & AI Governance: Establish AI ethics, regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, etc.), and risk management guidelines.
• Change Management & Enablement: Drive cultural change within client organizations by fostering a data-driven mindset and AI literacy.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with C-level executives, data science teams, IT leaders, and business units to ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry research, whitepapers, and participate in conferences/webinars to position Keyrus as a leader in Data & AI Strategy.

Do you have what we’re looking for?

• Education: Master's or MBA in Data Science, AI, Business Strategy, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in data strategy, AI consulting, or digital transformation roles, with a strong background in advising senior executives.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in sectors such as financial services, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of AI/ML, cloud technologies, data platforms, and analytics ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to synthesize complex data landscapes and provide actionable recommendations.
• Communication & Leadership: Strong executive presence, excellent storytelling abilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Project & Change Management: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Lean Six Sigma, or enterprise change management frameworks.
