Novartis is seeking a Sr. Spec. DDIT ISC Threat Detection & Response in Mexico City.

The role sits in the Cyber Security Operations Center, focusing on real-time monitoring, investigations, and remediation coordination. Hybrid work arrangement requires ~12 days in-office per month. Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of cybersecurity experience with incident response or security operations.
• Hands-on experience investigating and responding to security incidents in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of attacker techniques across endpoints, identity, network, cloud and email.
• Experience in CSOC/SOC or incident response in a large organization.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor security controls and consoles in real time across the IT ecosystem.
• Support incident response including scoping, reporting and remediation planning.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and prepare technical reports.
• Gather live evidence from endpoints and log sources.
• Analyze SIEM/Big data to identify abnormal activity and derive insights.
• Design, test, and implement playbooks, orchestration workflows and automation.
• Perform host, artifact, network and malware analysis to support investigations.
• Develop incident analysis reports for management including gaps and improvements.
• Mentor junior staff and act as escalation point for high-severity incidents.
