TSSI Recruit US is seeking a proactive Cyber Security Analyst to join our security operations team in Mexico City. The role emphasizes monitoring, investigation, and response to threats across endpoints, servers, networks, and cloud services.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in cyber security, strong understanding of Windows and Linux, AD/identity management, email security, and networking. You will analyze alerts, implement remediation, and document findings in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in Cyber Security, SOC, or related IT infrastructure role.
• Strong understanding of Windows and Linux OS.
• Experience with Active Directory and identity management.
• Familiarity with email systems and security.
• Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs.
• Experience investigating security alerts and incidents.
• Ability to analyze how enterprise tech communicates across environments.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset, and remediation focus.
• Ability to recommend practical remediation solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor security alerts and events from SIEM, EDR, and network tools.
• Investigate potential incidents and determine attacks.
• Analyze threats across endpoints, servers, networks, and cloud.
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation actions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to implement fixes.
• Review suspicious emails and phishing attempts.
• Support incident response activities including containment and recovery.
• Contribute to improving security monitoring and detection.
• Document findings and remediation recommendations.
• Provide guidance on security best practices and hardening.
