McDonald’s Global Technology in Mexico City seeks a Senior Engineer, Application & API Security to lead onboarding of web and API workloads to Akamai, design and tune security policies, and embed E-WAAP into CI/CD and DevSecOps workflows. You will mentor engineers, drive governance, and improve security posture across flexible, cloud-native platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Agile software development processes and secure delivery practices.
• Experience with large-scale, global, high-availability platforms and security tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding of web and API workloads to Akamai and tailor security policies.
• Tuning WAF, bot management, DDoS, and rate-limiting for performance and safety.
• Integrate security checks into CI/CD and DevSecOps workflows.
