Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Customs
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• GMP/ ISO knowledge
• Knowledge of U.S./Mexico Customs Laws and Regulations
• Green Belt Certification preferred
• Leadership and communication skills
• Proactive with a sense of urgency
• Teamwork and collaboration

Responsibilities

• Represents the Company in all Customs matters related to Mexico
• Coordinate with US Brokers and authorities to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with internal and external Customs requirements
• Analyze BOM origins and update the Customs System accordingly
• Maintain records and archiving of customs documents per regulations
• Coordinate external audits of Customs department activities
• Ensure timely and accurate flow of new product lines and transfers
