Gentherm México is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to supervise the Customer Service Reps, ensure accurate data from customers, and that deliveries are processed efficiently. You will manage customer relationships and coordinate with SAP to maintain order flow.

The role requires a professional degree with 5 years in supply chain, automotive experience, and proficiency in MRP/MPS and Microsoft Office. Preference for SAP/ERP knowledge and ISO/IATF familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Customer Service Representatives to ensure weekly releases via EDI, Sales Orders or intercompany forecast updates are transmitted into SAP.
• Monitor daily EMFOR\EMORD\JITS to ensure releases are transmitted into SAP without disrupting material procurement and deliveries.
• Issue outbound deliveries on a timely basis with correct shipping methods and special requirements.
• Address customer-specific requirements, discrepancies and claims as needed.
• Maintain SAP parameters to match customer dates and transit times.
