Cloudflare in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer to lead the technical relationship with customers from discovery through adoption and expansion. You will serve as a trusted advisor, owning technical validation, bespoke architectures, and demos across Cloudflare’s portfolio.

You’ll operate as a quota-carrying technologist, collaborating with account executives and leveraging AI-augmented workflows to shorten time-to-value while ensuring successful outcomes across the customer

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, etc.).
• Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Commercial mindset with experience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned roles and SaaS metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, able to bridge technical details with C-level strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical discovery, bespoke architectures, and PoCs across Cloudflare’s portfolio.
• Oversee onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy with Account Executives.
• Own quarterly business reviews to translate platform capabilities into ROI for executives.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and focus on high-value advisory.
