Daimler Truck AG in Mexico seeks an Industrial Engineer to oversee cross-border transportation networks, monitor KPI performance, and drive cost reductions. You will work directly with plants, service providers, and suppliers to identify systemic issues and implement CI improvements.

The role requires expertise in logistics, trade compliance, and bilingual English/Spanish communication, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on process excellence.

Formación

• Requires strong entrepreneurial mindset and proactive planning.
• Fluent or advanced English and Spanish both written and spoken.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, manufacturing, or trade compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor compliance within the Mexico transportation network and service provider performance.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers to ensure accuracy of financial records and processes.
• Support in-transit visibility by enabling EDI/API transmission of milestones and events.
• Track and analyse cost and performance KPIs to drive service quality improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for the supplier network and shipping instructions.
• Supervise shipping methods for DTNA materials and resolve non-existent instructions.
