You will coach teams in Lean tools, develop training, and ensure KPIs and processes are followed, fostering a culture of delivery excellence across plants.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Lean tools and AI applications preferred.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Objective of the position:

Serve as the strategic bridge between senior management and shop-floor operations, linking corporate strategies and global standards with day-to-day execution at both plants. This role drives a culture of continuous improvement through digitalization, advanced data analysis, and team development via coaching in Lean tools, ensuring compliance with KPIs, adherence to processes, and commitment to delivery times.

• Lean Manufacturing (Lean Specialist and Certified Lean Consultant preferred, or currently pursuing certification)

Main Functions:

Plant Strategy: Understanding the Tools and Methodologies for Developing Hoshin Kanri Strategies. Standardization: Knowledge and application of principles of assembly, logistics, PNT, manufacturing, and truck operation systems. Project Management (Lean Program): Knowledge and application of Lean tools; resource management for project execution; coaching and training for the development and implementation of problem-solving ideas. Training: Developing training programs for different organizational levels; delivering and explaining courses effectively; administering regulatory and basic courses. Visitor Management: Managing schedules, planning resources, and handling logistics for visits; collaborating with various departments; and creating and reviewing executive presentations.
