Amazon Mexico is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead the Credit Business Unit within the MX Payments team. You will own the credit product vision, strategy, and execution, managing the complete P&L and overseeing core business functions.

You will shape the future of our credit offerings in MX, leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with global and local partners to drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product or program management, product marketing, or related fields.
• 6+ years of teams management experience.
• Experience owning roadmap strategy and end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience with features delivery and tradeoffs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P&L for the credit business unit, including strategy and performance.
• Lead overall business and product strategy aligned with platform goals.
• Drive end-to-end business launch initiatives.
• Manage and prioritize product roadmap and backlog with regulatory considerations.
• Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Tech, Risk Management, Finance, and PBO teams.
• Drive synergies between platform capabilities and local needs.
• Develop relationships with executives and regulatory bodies.
• Work with external partners to deliver initiatives.
