Job summary

WITHIN in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Creative Lead to ideate, design, and produce digital narratives for clients. You’ll lead multidisciplinary content creation, guide AI-assisted projects, and ensure on-brand storytelling across static and motion media.

You’ll work in a lean, fast-paced team, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to push boundaries while delivering measurable engagement and quality across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience creating and producing paid and organic social content.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong digital design portfolio across static and motion content for digital ads.

Responsibilities

• Craft content from ideation to execution, shaping clients’ visual identity and voice.
• Brainstorm, plan, produce, edit, and write copy for content in a lean structure.
• Monitor trends and adapt them to our brand narratives.
• Oversee post-production, QA, and delivery of content.
• Manage multiple projects with tight schedules and iterative feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance-Focused Content Creation: Craft content with intent. From ideation to execution, you’ll be charged with weaving out clients’ visual identity and voice into groundbreaking content, pushing engagement and metrics beyond set KPIs
• Multifaceted Ideation and Creative Development: You’ll brainstorm, concept, plan, produce, edit, and write copy for content within a lean structure to bring ideas to life
• Trend Analysis & Application: Vigilantly monitor the digital sphere. Absorb emerging social trends, ensuring our content remains at the front of relevance and innovation When a trend surfaces, you're already brainstorming how to adapt it to our unique brand narrative
• Detail-Oriented Post-Production & Delivery: Ensure each content piece undergoes rigorous post-production process & QA. From video edits, image selection, retouching to quality checks, every detail matters
• Operational Mastery: Command multiple projects. Adhere to tight schedules, and ensure an iterative approach, valuing feedback and refining accordingly
• AI Creative Direction & Quality: Guide AI-assisted projects from concept through final delivery, provide actionable feedback on generated assets, and establish repeatable workflows that support creative quality and efficient production.

Essential Qualifications

• Solid Track Record: 5-6 years experience, creating and producing paid and organic social content. Your portfolio should echo your proficiency
• Technical Prowess: Figma proficiency, working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects)
• Strong Design Capabilities: Strong digital design portfolio, encompassing static and motion design across digital ad placements and campaigns
• Generative AI Production Experience: Hands-on experience using generative AI for commercial image and video production, with proficiency in platforms such as Higgsfield, Figma Weave, FAL.AI, Replicate, or comparable tools. Ability to select appropriate tools and models, use references to guide outputs, and maintain product accuracy, character consistency, and brand alignment through iteration and post-production.
• Intuitive Insights: A holistic grasp of the social media landscape is crucial. This entails understanding not just the emerging trends but the undercurrents shaping them.
• Versatility: Equally adept at team-based and solo projects. The ability to pivot between collaboration and independent endeavors is crucial
• Rapid Adaptability: A dynamic environment isn't a challenge but an opportunity. This role demands proactive problem-solving and an innate drive
• Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate well with clients and internal stakeholders is a must

Nice-to-haves

• Photo retouching and compositing
• On-set art direction: set design, prop selection, and styling
• Food & Beverage Production: Experience generating content for food & beverage brands, particularly alcohol & spirits and DTC brands
• Fashion/Retail Production: Experience generating content for retail and/or fashion brands definitely a plus as well
• Portfolio examples showing finished AI-assisted commercial work and a clear explanation of contribution to the final product.
• Photo+Video Camera operations, audio recording nuances, and lighting techniques
