You will lead the creative portfolio, align with brand values, and work with managers to balance workloads while driving innovative, culturally expressive design.

Ideal candidates show extensive experience in luxury product design, advanced 3D skills, and a deep passion for Mexican culture expressed through high-end craftsmanship.

Responsabilidades

• Translate Creative Direction into actionable concepts and guidelines, aligning trends and brand values.
• Manage conceptual planning of the creative portfolio with priorities and timelines.
• Partner with Project Managers to assign projects across the design team considering strengths and workloads.
• Lead and support development of concepts for new products, limited editions, collaborations, and experiences.
• Integrate insights from trends in art, design, luxury, materials, culture and consumer behavior.
