We have an opportunity for a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join ourTalent Acquisitionteam in Mexico City,reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.In this pivotal role, you will be the second member of our People & Places team on the ground at our new Center of Excellence. As such, you will be expected to wear multiple hats and support various departments—both technical and non-technical—in establishing their local presence.
You will lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand and anticipate their evolving talent needs. Your focus will be on delivering top-tier candidates who align with the organization’s goals and culture. This role also involves close collaboration with senior leaders to ensure strategic hiring decisions that drive business performance. You will help shape the hiring agenda to support broader organizational objectives, while maintaining strong, transparent communication with stakeholders and employees across the business.
