Insulet Corporation in Jalisco, Mexico is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the U.S. Corporate Accounting team. The role covers monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for sales and marketing expenses, debt, and prepaids, with journal entries and reconciliations.

The position requires strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and the ability to support internal reporting, analyze fluctuations, and maintain controls. ET working hours indicate coordination with the U.S. team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; 3-4 years of public accounting and/or corporate experience at SEC registered entities.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office; strong Excel skills; ability to analyze financial data and prepare journal entries.

Responsabilités

• Support monthly close and internal reporting by preparing journal entries and reconciliations for accrued sales and marketing expenses, debt, and prepaids.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP in financial statements and related accounting processes.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly fluctuations in accounts; assist with internal controls.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures; provide operational analysis for recurring transactions.
• Assist with projects and accounting matters; coordinate with ET hours for U.S. team.
• Other duties as assigned.
