Job summary

Protiviti Mexico is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver consulting and internal audit services across industries from Mexico City. You will plan and execute engagements in risk, compliance, governance, and technology-enabled solutions, analyzing data, testing controls, and presenting recommendations to clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support project delivery, and mentor junior colleagues, while engaging client stakeholders to understand needs and propose practical

Qualifications

• Experience in business consulting, internal audit, and risk management across finance, operations, or compliance functions.
• Knowledge of corporate governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and control design and testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
• Proficiency in project delivery activities such as planning, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior team members, and manage multiple priorities.
• Prior experience in consulting, professional services, or corporate internal audit, ideally within large or multinational organizations.
• Strong ethical standards, client service orientation, and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
