Klar is seeking a seasoned Internal Auditor to join our Mexico City office on a hybrid basis. Your role will involve leading fieldwork, analyzing controls, and driving improvement across risk areas while collaborating with risk and compliance teams.

You will build and share insights, develop audit methodologies, and help maintain our robust risk management framework in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry.
• Knowledge of Mexican Banking and SOFIPO regulations, GRC frameworks, and issue management.
• Thorough understanding of banking processes, internal audit, and internal controls.
• Data analysis knowledge of Python or similar; strong analytical background; English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in and conduct audit fieldwork, produce final reports with the team.
• Present and analyze audit findings with involved areas.
• Lead audits per the annual program and emergent needs.
• Develop, implement, and optimize data visualization and analysis tools for audit processes.
• Identify issues and discuss with stakeholders; track action plans.
