• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Chartered Engineer status preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record in hotel development, commercial real estate, and mixed-use projects.
• Experience in base building and fit-out projects for retail, hospitality, and shopping centers.
• Deep understanding of construction technologies, project controls, and commercial aspects of real estate development.
• Familiarity with local and international building codes, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
• PMI or PMP certification is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Construction Manager with a strong background in hotel development and real estate construction to lead and oversee complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can manage all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive construction strategies, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations. This professional will play a key role in protecting the client’s reputation, maximizing value, mitigating risks, and maintaining robust project controls throughout the lifecycle of hotel and mixed-use real estate developments.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Chartered Engineer status preferred.
• Minimum 10years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record in hotel development, commercial real estate, and mixed-use projects.
• Experience in base building and fit-out projects for retail, hospitality, and shopping centers.
