Novartis Farmacéutica S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Senior Communications Manager in Mexico City to shape and protect the company’s reputation and elevate the patient voice across therapeutic areas.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, International Relations, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in communications, patient advocacy, public affairs, or corporate communications within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong experience developing and executing strategic communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, external vendors, and complex cross-functional projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Strong stakeholder management, business partnering, negotiation, and project management capabilities.

• Lead disease awareness campaigns and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Medical, Excellence and Execution and Public Affairs teams.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with patient organizations, key opinion leaders, media, scientific societies, and policymakers.
• Drive patient advocacy initiatives by embedding patient insights into business decisions and brand strategies.
• Manage communication agencies and external partners, ensuring operational excellence, impact measurement, and ROI.
• Lead internal communications, associate engagement programs, and stakeholder communications across therapeutic areas.
