Novartis Farmacéutica S.A. de C.V. in Mexico City is seeking a Manager, Community Adoption to build and scale a self-service AI adoption community across US Commercial.

You will engage users, run champion networks, office hours, and share success stories, reporting to the Director of Self-Service & AI Adoption. This role emphasizes collaboration, feedback loops, and continuous learning to sustain AI adoption beyond initial deployment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Learning, Communications, Healthcare, Digital Technologies, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in community management, change management, customer success, communications, learning operations, business operations, or digital adoption.
• Strong facilitation, communication, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing Teams, SharePoint, online communities, user groups, or learning networks.

The Manager, Community Adoption is responsible for building and scaling a vibrant self-service AI adoption community across US Commercial. Reporting to the Director, Self-Service & AI Adoption Lead, this role will drive user engagement through champion networks, peer learning programs, office hours, success stories, and ongoing feedback mechanisms. This position plays a key role in sustaining AI adoption beyond initial deployment by fostering collaboration, sharing best practices, and creating a strong community of AI advocates across the organization.

• Track community participation, engagement metrics, and adoption trends.
• Support champion development and empower local advocates to drive ongoing adoption.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and value realization.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Learning, Communications, Healthcare, Digital Technologies, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in community management, change management, customer success, communications, learning operations, business operations, or digital adoption.
• Strong facilitation, communication, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing Teams, SharePoint, online communities, user groups, or learning networks.
• Ability to influence without authority and foster engagement across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong project coordination and organizational capabilities.
• Experience leveraging data and user feedback to improve adoption outcomes.
• Fluency in English required.
• Experience with AI tools, digital transformation initiatives, pharma, healthcare, or champion networks preferred.
