Kyndryl is seeking a COBOL Developer to design, develop and maintain core banking systems on mainframe environments. You will work on legacy batch and online processes handling high-volume transactions for accounts, credits, payments and movements.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience developing or supporting applications in mainframe environments.
• Hands-on experience with COBOL and JCL.
• Experience working with CICS in online transaction processing environments.
• Knowledge of DB2 and VSAM for data management.
• Familiarity with mainframe operational processes and production support.
• Experience with Git or version control tools, including integrations with modern pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze functional and technical requirements to support core banking applications.
• Develop and maintain COBOL programs in batch and online mainframe environments.
• Manage and support data processing using DB2 and VSAM files.
• Optimize high-volume transactional processes to ensure performance and stability.
• Provide production support, monitoring, and technical documentation for critical systems.
