Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC in Ciudad Acuña, Mexico, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support product launches, develop machining processes, and convert engineering drawings into plant-floor procedures.

You will lead CNC tooling choices, apply lean principles, mentor technicians, and collaborate with design and production teams to deliver high-quality, efficient manufacturing solutions. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Experience with CNC-based control systems and machine automation.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, FMEA, SPC and GD&T principles.
• Proven ability to translate drawings into manufacturing processes.
• Experience mentoring technicians and engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Machining specialist for organization.
• Support product launch program managers on new product launches with respect to machining applications and processes.
• Convert engineering drawing specifications to plant floor manufacturing processes.
• Lead the development and maintenance of a CNC systems plan for all new equipment and existing equipment upgrades.
• Mentor and train site technicians and engineers.
