The role requires strong English, a technical background, and experience in predictive project management, fixed scope/price delivery, risk control, and multi‑team leadership. Hybrid work at CDMX offices available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• 4+ years leading Cloud Transformation or Cloud Modernization programs.
• 5+ years of software development or data engineering experience.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional technical programs end‑to‑end.
• Clear English proficiency and strong client communications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with project delivery requirements (scope, schedule, cost, quality).
• Deliver with control; manage risks, assumptions, dependencies and issues.
• Maintain relationships with clients while ensuring contractual discipline.
• Organize and steer the project team; define measurable objectives.
• Report status, variances, and corrective actions to stakeholders.
