AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to maintain 24/7 stability for a multi-cloud enterprise security program.

You will own IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and CSPM telemetry using Terraform and Wiz, acting as Incident Commander during major incidents in a 24/7 production environment. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on SRE experience, strong cloud and security fundamentals, and the ability to draft clear incident communications and runbooks.

Formación

• 5+ years of SRE/DevOps experience in a 24/7 production environment.
• Architectural expertise in multi-cloud defense and zero-trust principles.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD orchestration, and scripting in Python/Go.
• Senior-level incident-command experience driving major incidents.
• Experience with CNAPP/CSPM platforms (prefer Wiz) and PCI-DSS/SOC2 familiarity.
• Autonomous and able to develop runbooks and incident playbooks.

Responsabilidades

• Scale and maintain operational stability across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Engineer IaC baselines to prevent misconfigurations.
• Design and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines for continuous ingestion and deployment.
• Respond to alerts as Incident Commander and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Draft incident communications for technical and executive audiences.
• Create and socialize incident playbooks and escalation procedures.
