Job summary

Legion Technologies is seeking an Integration Engineer to design and maintain scalable integration solutions across HR, POS, payroll and other systems. You will build integrations with Workato, implement secure REST APIs, and ensure high performance on modern cloud platforms.

You will collaborate with architects and engineers, contribute to code reviews, and mentor junior engineers while participating in on-call rotations. Strong Java, AWS, and CI/CD experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field is required.
• 3+ years in event-driven architecture and microservices.
• Deep expertise in integration tech: HTTP/HTTPS, FTP/SFTP, SOAP/REST, JMS, JDBC.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments and core Java.
• Experience with relational DBs and SQL/JDBC.
• Proficient in CI/CD and agile tools (Jira, GitHub, Jenkins).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable integration architectures across enterprise systems.
• Build, test and maintain integrations using Workato.
• Develop secure REST APIs within Legion's API-driven ecosystem.
• Participate in on-call rotations and design/code reviews.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to improve backend reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal docs.
