ICON Strategic Solutions invites a Senior CDC to join our sponsor-dedicated team, contributing to design and analysis of clinical trials across therapeutic areas. You will lead data management activities, ensure high-quality datasets, and collaborate with clinical operations and biostatistics to support study success.

The role requires a strong foundation in clinical data management, experience in pharma/biotech, familiarity with Medidata or Oracle RDC, and travel about 5% as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare.
• Proven experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Familiarity with data management software (e.g., Medidata, Oracle RDC).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (ICH-GCP) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 5%.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain detailed data management plans and documentation.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues to improve data quality.
• Collaborate with clinical operations and biostatistics to develop data management strategies.
• Perform other project activities to meet study timelines.
• Mentor junior data coordinators on reconciliation, coding, and cleaning.
