Glia in Mexico City is seeking a Sr. Associate, Client Engineering to join our Entry Client Engineer Team.

You will help customers resolve complex technical problems and deliver secure, scalable integrations using Glia’s Digital Customer Service platform. This role emphasizes strong customer empathy, English communication, and collaboration with customers' developers, architects, and our Product and Engineering teams.

Formación

• 2+ years in software development, customer support, or related.
• Strong customer empathy and desire to deliver positive experiences by guiding customers through complex solutions.
• Excellent reading, listening, and writing skills in English.
• Good knowledge of RESTful technology, APIs, and cloud solutions.
• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve complex technical inquiries and guide customers to secure, scalable integrations.
• Collaborate with customers' developers, architects, analysts, and support to set up integrations.
• Report reproducible bugs via Jira/Slack and coordinate with Product and Engineering teams.
• Provide troubleshooting for bugs and defects raised via the Service Desk.
• Explain Glia's capabilities and advise on best practices to customers.
• Engage with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success to find solutions.
• Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.
