Teamswell is seeking an Accounting Manager, Client Accounting to support the delivery of accounting services for a portfolio of venture-backed startup clients. This hands-on, client-facing role reports to the Controller who serves as the primary accounting owner for each client.

You will ensure accurate financials, manage close processes, and apply strong accounting judgement across multi-entity environments while leveraging AI and automation to improve workflow efficiency in a fast-paced,

Formación

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with close tasks, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with venture-backed startups or high-growth environments.
• Experience in multi-client service environments (outsourced accounting, fractional finance) preferred.
• Experience communicating with clients, founders, or internal stakeholders; not required to own primary client relationship.

Responsabilidades

• Support Controller as secondary contact for assigned client engagements and day-to-day client communication.
• Ensure accurate financials, clean supporting schedules, and dependable close processes.
• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting packages for Controller review.
• Apply accounting judgment across business models and reporting requirements; escalate as needed.
• Support AI, automation, and modern workflows to improve efficiency and documentation.
