Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering project management, with infrastructure focus.
• Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, execution and closeout.
• Develop detailed plans, schedules and budgets; monitor progress against metrics.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and regulators to meet objectives.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure safety and design compliance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare comprehensive reports including progress, financials and risks.
• Ensure adherence to EHS standards on sites.
• Lead and mentor junior engineering staff.
