Placements24 seeks an Infrastructure Projects Engineer to lead planning, design, and execution of civil projects in Querétaro. The role requires strong PM skills, solid civil engineering background, and effective coordination with diverse teams in a hybrid work setting.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree (Master's preferred) with about 6+ years in project management or project engineering for infrastructure, and proficiency in MS Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in project management or project engineering in infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies; experience with Gantt charts and risk registers.
• Familiarity with Mexican regulations and standards for infrastructure development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera; ability to lead hybrids and remote collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, water systems, public facilities).
• Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets; monitor adherence to targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control during construction.
• Facilitate project meetings, both in-person and virtual.
