JOB SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for managing and servicing distribution channels in specific regions in Mexico, as well as prospecting and developing relationships with new regional distributors that are strategic for our business. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, strong relationships with channels, and the ability to identify and open new strategic partners.
YOU ARE
A hunter– You understand how to prospect and maintain key accounts within the assigned territory and proactively identify sales opportunities.You will prospect and identify new regional distributors that can bring strategic value and complement our product portfolio.
Someone who understands channel distribution management –You enjoy performing product demonstrations and technical tests.You will serveand manage existing distribution channels, ensuring that all sales objectives and performance goals are met. This process includes monitoring the sales performance of the channels and implementing improvement strategies when necessary. You will conduct regular visits to channels and jointly with end customers when necessary, planning the actions to be taken.
Provide ongoing training and support to distributors to ensure they are prepared to represent our products effectively and Develop business proposals.
A collaborator and effective communicator –You know how to identify key stakeholders and decision makers to articulate and deliver the PIP-HSP value proposition.. You will establish and nurture long-term relationships with distributors to promote brand loyalty and maximize sales opportunities.You will actas the main point of contact between the company and distribution channels, facilitating efficient communication and mutual collaboration.
Detail oriented –You know how to influence at different levels of the organization to gather necessary information to help negotiate and close opportunities. Expect to regularly prepare and present sales performance reports, market insights, and distributor feedback to the team leadership. Using analytical data to measure success, you will identify improvement opportunities, and adjust strategies as necessary.
