Job summary

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the candidate will manage strategic sourcing activities, cost budgets, and supplier development for key metal-related categories, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, industrial, or related engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in roles such as Category Specialist, Senior Buyer, Production Planning Analyst, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
• Experience in negotiation, cost-reduction projects, and supplier development.
• Prior experience in steel, aluminum, copper, or metals industry.
• Knowledge of finance (P&L).
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and implement procurement strategy to optimize costs, quality, delivery and reliability.
• Execute supplier selection, frame agreements, and terms in line with company policies.
• Negotiate agreements with main suppliers and monitor price lists and terms.
