Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, industrial, or related engineering field.
• 10+ years in roles like Category Specialist or Senior Buyer.
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI and Excel.
• Experience in negotiation, cost-reduction projects, and supplier development.
• Prior exposure to steel, aluminum, copper or metals industry; strong P&L understanding.
• Advanced English; urgency, collaboration and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and implement procurement strategy to optimize costs, quality, delivery, and reliability.
• Recommend frame agreements and execute upon approval with suppliers.
• Manage procurement planning, costs, budgets, and savings forecasts.
• Negotiate with main suppliers and renew price lists, terms, and conditions.
