Micron Technology in Guadalajara is seeking an Engineer CAD to support day-to-day CAD tools, flows and collateral for HBM design teams at the Guadalajara Design Center. You will work with cross-functional teams on mixed-signal, transistor-level IC design and advanced memory technologies.

The role requires 5+ years in CAD/design, strong knowledge of memory interfaces (DDR4/5, HBM, NAND), and experience with IC design toolchains.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years CAD/design in mixed-signal IC flows.
• Experience in distributed worldwide IC CAD teams.
• Knowledge of memory interfaces (DDR4/5, HBM, NAND).

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day CAD tool support for HBM design teams.
• Collaborate with design, layout, and verification teams to deploy capabilities.
• Cover mixed-signal design, layout, verification, timing, and tape-out processes.
