Grundfos is seeking a Senior CAD Designer in the Monterrey area to translate engineering requirements into fabrication-ready 3D models and drawings using SolidWorks for modular pumping systems.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and System Assemblers to deliver high-quality skid systems that meet safety and client standards, while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of CAD experience using SolidWorks.
• At least 1 year with a mechanical equipment packager or consulting MEP firm.
• Strong understanding of packaged skid systems and fabrication criteria.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Generate GA, P&ID, structural and pipe drawings and 3D models in SolidWorks for engineered skid systems.
• Lead internal design reviews to ensure designs meet safety, structural, and client requirements.
• Adapt and integrate 3rd party component designs into modular system layouts and create accurate BOMs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to compile installation, operation, and maintenance packages (IOM).
• Convert 3D models to STEP/BIM formats and maintain the drawing library.
