Who are we looking for?

We now have an opportunity for a Senior Buyer to join our team in our Mexico City facility. In this role, you will be working for MEIS, a business unit of Element Solutions Inc (NYSE: ESI).

What will you be doing?

• Purchase raw materials, packaging, or other materials/services, negotiating the best price and lead time for the company.
• Plan and control the raw material and packaging stock, ensuring the purchase of the appropriate quantity.
• Search and develop new sourcing strategies and reduce prices.
• Execute and support supplier evaluation processes.
• Guarantee the delivery of materials with the required documentation for proper processing in the system.
• Follow up on claims and complaints according to established procedures.
• Update the SDS database.
• Control, manage, and safeguard all relevant documents, reports, quotes, claims, requisitions, raw material specifications, etc.

Who are you?

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Minimum 4 years of purchasing experience.
