Job Description

A long-established and trusted global brokerage firm is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Business Development Specialist to strengthen commercial department within a dynamic Forex and CFD environment. With over 30 years of industry presence, this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency, innovation, and client success, offering a broad range of CFD products including forex, commodities, indices, and more.

Location: Hybrid/Remote in Cancun, Mexico

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Business Development Specialist to grow and manage a strong portfolio of partners and high-value clients. This role will focus on driving trading volume and long-term value by sourcing, onboarding, and nurturing profitable relationships aligned with our strategic objectives and regulatory standards.

  • Build and grow a portfolio of high-value partners and clients to drive trading volume and business performance in line with strategic goals and regulatory standards.
  • Source and onboard new partners capable of generating valuable and sustainable client flow, with a focus on long-term relationship development and retention.
  • Proactively engage and convert existing industry relationships, including recruiting active partners from competitor environments, to strengthen the company’s market position.
  • Strengthen and expand existing partner relationships through ongoing support, commercial optimization, education, and engagement strategies that increase partner satisfaction and lifetime value.
  • Leverage market research and internal data to identify untapped opportunities within the existing client base and external networks, contributing to scalable and sustainable business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in business development or partnership management within financial services, trading, fintech, or related sectors.
  • Fluency Portuguese.
  • Strong understanding of partnership lifecycle management and performance optimization.
  • Ability to navigate regulated environments and align growth initiatives with compliance standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proactive, data-informed approach to opportunity identification and client relationship building.
  • A well-connected industry network is a strong advantage.
