Nubank in Mexico City seeks a proactive Business Analyst to support data-driven decision making and deliver insights that improve customer experiences. You will structure data, analyze it, and test solutions with your team to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

The role offers a hybrid work model (2-3 days in-office) and opportunities to work with a diverse, high-caliber team across Latin America. Knowledge of SQL, Python, and Scala is a plus, and a data-driven mindset is essential.
