Nubank is seeking a Sr Analyst in Regulatory Solutions Analytics in Mexico City. You will turn regulatory data needs (KYC, AML, judicial orders) into advanced analytics, models, and AI-powered solutions, ensuring data quality and compliance.

You’ll work with SQL, Python, and Scala, building dashboards and scalable data products that inform decisions. You will operate with growing autonomy, solving defined problems while tackling ambiguous challenges with your team.

Formación

• Strong analytical capacity with numbers and problem solving.
• Advanced data analysis and/or data science on large datasets.
• Fluency with SQL and at least one language (Python/Scala).
• Passion for AI/ML; keep up with new tools and apply to problems.
• Understand risk, product, and engineering interplay.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end, data-first investigations; decide which data to use.
• Perform advanced analysis, test hypotheses, and deliver solutions with limited supervision.
• Apply data science methods (anomaly detection, classification, segmentation, forecasting).
• Leverage GenAI/LLMs to accelerate analysis and automate tasks.
• Work with large data volumes using SQL, Python, and Scala; build dashboards (QuickSight/BigQuery).
• Apply data architecture concepts (Data Mart, Data Lake, Data Warehouse) for analytics.
