A global consumer products company is seeking a Brand Manager to drive category growth in Latin America. The role involves developing and executing innovation pipelines, managing P&L, and coordinating cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This position offers a hybrid work model.

Formación

  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in marketing.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience as Brand Manager or in similar positions.
  • Strong experience in Business Operations and Project Management.

Job Summar y

Drive Brand / Category growth for the Latin America Division by identifying key consumer opportunities and translating into Innovation and communication strategy and pipeline for the following 3 - 5 years. Report to Category Innovation Lead.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive Brand / Category growth by delivering consumer winning propositions

  • Build and execute with excellence innovation pipeline

  • Coordinate cross-functional team for New Products and IMC.

  • Development of Regional GTM strategy: Communication, Commercialization, and Scalability.

  • Ensure profitability - P&L Management and budget control.

  • Define Consumer Insight plan based on category opportunities

  • Coordinate activities of internal and/or external resources according to project needs.

  • Responsible to lead the cross-functional team for New Product development:

  • Integrate local business needs with regional & global strategy.

  • Design regional GTM strategies including commercial and consumer guidelines.

  • Ensure On time Regional launches and keep close track to timelines.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor degree Business Administration, Industrial Engineers, Marketing or related fields

  • At least between 6 to 8 years of experience in marketing.

  • Previous experience as Brand Manager or similar positions (At least between 2 to 3 years)

  • Experience in Business Operations and Project Management

  • English Proficiency

  • Google tools advanced management

  • Nielsen Advisor / Answers

  • SAP desirable
