Yochana IT Solutions Inc. is seeking a technically adept Business Analyst to work with senior stakeholders on high-impact projects. The role combines business analysis with Scrum Master activities, emphasizing AI tools usage, SQL proficiency, and Excel-level analytical rigor.

You will engage with financial services clients, deliver clear requirements, map processes, and drive UAT while operating independently in a client-facing capacity.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Client-facing experience with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot quickly.
• Experience using AI tools to resolve issues.
• Background in financial services, preferably capital markets or private equity.
• Strong elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder analysis and UAT skills.
