Bluelight Consulting seeks an experienced software architect to lead end-to-end design of large-scale applications. You will shape low-latency AWS architectures, including multi-tenant data models and ADR-driven decisions, while mentoring teams and guiding clients.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software development, extensive PostgreSQL/AuroraDB and RLS experience, and strong leadership with a focus on quality and security.

Formación

• 8+ years professional software development experience, with 3+ years in an architecture-focused role.
• Deep experience designing low-latency service architectures in AWS and distributed components.
• Experience designing to explicit latency budgets (p95/p99) and durable commits.
• Experience designing audit/evidence systems and deterministic historical replay.
• Experience designing secure multi-tenant environments and RLS-based models.
• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL/AuroraDB and RLS at a data-modeling level.
• Experience building scalable RESTful APIs and SDK integrations.
• Experience mentoring engineering teams and defining architecture standards.
• Experience producing ADRs and architecture diagrams for client reviews.
• Experience overlap with US business hours and strong ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and guide end-to-end system design for large-scale applications.
• Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and provide technical mentorship.
• Collaborate with clients to align on architecture decisions and ADRs.
• Design secure, compliant, and scalable multi-tenant data models.
• Develop performance budgets and forecast cost/performance in AWS.
