Ford México is seeking a highly capable Systems CAE Engineer to drive product excellence and system integration. You will apply advanced CAE analysis and optimization techniques using Dassault 3DX, Altair Hyperworks, Inspire/SimSolid, LS-Dyna, and ADAMS to meet NVH, Vehicle Dynamics, and Durability KPIs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace or Automotive disciplines.
• 10–15 years of experience in Automotive/Aerospace or Systems Engineering.
• Experience with CAE toolsets including 3DX, Hyperworks, SimSolid, LS-Dyna, and ADAMS.
• Knowledge of automotive materials and translating loads to static behavior.
• Strong communication and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Master's degree or chartered accreditation and scripting experience are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced CAE analysis and simulations to support System of Interest projects.
• Drive Multidisciplinary Design Optimization (MDO) and design trade studies.
• Validate system requirements and verify concept data aligns with models.
• Collaborate with Vehicle Architecture, Manufacturing, and CAE teams.
• Create virtual models bridging 3DX CAD and CAE, communicating optimization ideas.
• Mentor teams, develop training, and document analysis conclusions.
