Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Staff Equipment Engineer in Ciudad Juarez to lead automation projects, troubleshoot PLC/HMI/vision systems, and optimize manufacturing equipment. Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a science discipline (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
- Minimum 6–8 years in highly automated manufacturing systems and equipment troubleshooting.
- Experience with PLC/HMI/vision systems and robotics in manufacturing environments.
- Strong documentation and communication skills; bilingual (Spanish & English) a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Execute automation-related capital projects from design through validation and approval.
- Perform qualification and validation activities for new automation systems.
- Evaluate and implement new automation technologies in manufacturing operations.
- Monitor data to identify improvements in yield, uptime and reliability.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance for equipment and processes.
