Pfizer Toluca is seeking an Automation Senior Engineer to sustain production continuity by supporting run-state automation and digital systems within a regulated GMP environment.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Core Digital & Automation teams to ensure validated, compliant systems and timely responses to incidents and deviations. The role emphasizes lifecycle management, audits, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Significant hands-on experience supporting automation control systems in pharmaceutical or GMP manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of GAMP guidelines applicable to validated computer systems.
• Experience supporting automation projects, vendor interaction, and lifecycle documentation activities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day‑to‑day operational and technical support for production‑critical automation and digital systems.
• Support investigations, deviations, and unplanned events with automation expertise and root‑cause analysis.
• Support NPI projects, new equipment introductions, and transition of systems to BAU operations.
• Maintain automation systems in a validated and compliant state with GMP/GAMP and change management.
