FedEx is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to plan and perform integrated financial, operational, and information systems audits and key special projects. You will lead major audits with limited supervision, interact with executives, and prepare formal reports for the Audit Committee.

You will mentor junior staff and coordinate with management to drive improvements across Latin America. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and professional certifications (CPA/CIA/CFE)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, information systems or related field required.
• Professional certifications, such as CPA, CIA and/or CFE would be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required; willingness to travel within Latin America.

Responsabilités

• Plans and performs integrated financial/operational/information systems audits and special projects.
• Leads major audits under limited supervision and resolves complex issues.
• Prepares formal audit reports for executive management and the Audit Committee.
• Conducts interviews and discusses issues with management to develop action plans.
• Trains Auditors/Associate Auditors and evaluates their performance.
• Communicates status and improvements between management and audit projects.
