Jobtailor in Querétaro seeks an experienced Oracle ERP consultant to configure S2P modules and lead end-to-end ERP implementations. You will collaborate with clients to capture requirements, design optimized processes, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role demands strong Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM expertise, plus the ability to train users and drive standardized practices across engagements. Some travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA preferred in relevant fields.
• Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Configure Oracle ERP Source to Pay modules, including Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Payables.
• Design and optimize Source to Pay processes using Oracle ERP features.
• Lead implementation and integration of Oracle E-Business Suite solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and document requirements for ERP projects.
• Develop and execute project plans to deliver Oracle ERP solutions on time and budget.

• Configure Oracle ERP Source to Pay modules, including Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Payables, to meet business needs
• Design and optimize Source to Pay processes using Oracle ERP functionalities and best practices

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in relevant fields including Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
• Analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
• Ability to embrace change and innovation in technology integration
• Experience developing training materials for enterprise software implementations
• Systems project management focused on process standardization
• Communication and teamwork within client support environments
• Up to 20% travel
