Jobtailor in Querétaro, Mexico, seeks an experienced Supply Chain/IT specialist to support Oracle Transportation Management and BI initiatives. You will collaborate with business and IT teams across logistics, finance, and warehouse management to resolve issues, gather requirements, and drive system improvements.

The role emphasizes Power BI and Oracle SQL, with exposure to ERP/TMS environments (OTM, SAP TM), EDI and middleware.

Formación

8+ years of Supply Chain experience in logistics or warehousing.
5+ years IT/ERP/TMS support, middleware or SQL development.
Fluent in English and capable of leading international teams.
Functional/technical experience with OTM or SAP TM.
Experience with Power BI and Oracle SQL technologies.

Responsabilidades

Support global logistics and export compliance apps including OTM.
Collaborate with business and IT to drive system improvements and projects.
Report to the Oracle Senior Manager and support production issues.
Coordinate with departments, external vendors, and global services.
Define, test, train, implement and support business solutions.
Work with analysts across Primary Systems, Middleware, security and networks.
Identify requirements, develop test schedules, and document results.
Provide BI consulting using Power BI and Oracle SQL.
Understand needs and propose or build solutions.

Support global logistics and export compliance applications, including Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
Partner with business and IT teams to resolve issues, gather requirements, drive system improvements, and complete projects across logistics, finance, and warehouse management systems
Report to the Oracle Senior Manager
Support production issues and enhancement projects for a specific business or function
Collaborate with departments, shared global business services, external contractors, and external vendors as part of the Oracle Center of Excellence team
Participate in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of business solutions
Work with Business Analysts from Primary Systems and Middleware, security, and network infrastructure teams
Identify customer requirements, develop test schedules, review testing plans, and document development and test results
Provide business intelligence consulting using Power BI and Oracle SQL
Understand business needs and propose or build solutions

Requirements

8 years of Supply Chain experience in warehouse management, logistics, procurement, or industrial engineering positions
5+ years of IT experience including ERP/TMS support, Middleware support, EDI support, B2B integrations, or SQL development
Successfully participate in or potentially lead international teams
Fluency in English
Functional or technical experience with Oracle Transportation Management or SAP Transportation Management
Experience with Power BI and Oracle SQL technologies
Experience with Oracle R12, SAP, EDI, Middleware, security, and network infrastructure teams

Core Competencies

Demonstrates extensive experience in Supply Chain management, particularly in logistics and warehouse management, while providing support for Oracle Transportation Management and related technologies. Proficient in business intelligence consulting using Power BI and Oracle SQL, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams to drive system improvements and resolve issues.
