Formación

  • Experiencia mínima de 10 años en diseño y dirección de arte.
  • Portafolio que demuestre creatividad y proyectos exitosos.

About the Position
We are looking for someone focused on creating full-funnel, high-impact advertising campaigns who has a passion for art direction, craft, and creativity. You will work within our internal creative team and be responsible for brainstorming disruptive ideas, conceptualizing and developing the art for campaigns, and creating visual identities for Nu Mexico. Responsibilities:
• Design, create, and conceptualize visual systems, master graphics, and graphical pieces for all channels, with the creative excellence that characterizes Nu Mexico.
• Conceptualizar, present, and execute creative projects aligned with business objectives and brand positioning. Work together with the copywriter from ideation to delivery.
• Coordinate and direct video, photography, and motion graphics vendors, overseeing the development of ideas.
• Maintain a holistic view of campaigns and projects executed internally or by partners, balancing design and art direction.
• Identify creative opportunities that generate interest and conversation on social media.
• Present ideas and projects autonomously and clearly, collaborating with teams from different disciplines: designers, strategists, and other marketing areas.
• Collaborate with areas such as strategy, influence, PR, and product, among others, to ensure alignment in messages, objectives, and channels.

We are looking for someone with:
• Good communication skills.
• At least 10 years of experience in design, art direction, and ATL, BTL, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Experience in creating content for brands on social media.
• Sharp creative thinking and excellent craft.
• Portafolio with ideas, campaigns, and texts that demonstrate creative thinking and artistry.
• Interest in trends, conversations, and current topics on social media (Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube).
• Experience in advising video production companies and dealing with associated vendors.
• Ability to present, defend, and sell your ideas.
• Critical and strategic thinking, with a focus on problem-solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a creative team and contribute alongside stakeholders from different areas.
• Advanced English.
