Citi in Mexico City seeks an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst to contribute to new or revised systems in coordination with the Technology team. The role covers feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, development, testing, implementation, and user support for business users, with emphasis on reliable solutions and timely delivery.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk assessment, and develop or revise applications systems to meet business needs.
• Monitor and control all phases of the development process and provide user/operational support to business users.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of applications development to analyze problems and evaluate processes against industry standards.
• Recommend and develop security measures and ensure system design and functionality after implementation.
• Consult with users/clients and technology groups on issues and propose advanced programming solutions.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
