Citi in Mexico City seeks an Applications Development Manager to lead one or more development teams. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end applications, providing technical oversight, and guiding project solutions within a robust risk and compliance framework.

Ideal candidates have extensive leadership experience, deep knowledge of ETL development, and strong stakeholder management skills to drive strategic initiatives and successful delivery across complex financial systems.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in financial services or similar environments.
• Experience as Applications Development Manager or senior lead in development teams.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities with stakeholder oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Manage one or more Applications Development teams to achieve goals and conduct personnel duties.
• Provide technical oversight across multiple Applications Development areas.
• Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects.
• Contribute to strategy formulation for applications development and related areas.
• Develop knowledge of how business areas integrate to meet goals.
• Provide evaluative judgment based on data in complex situations.
• Monitor delivery, contribute to budget management, and handle day-to-day staff issues.
• Ensure risk controls, governance, and compliance with laws and Citi policies.
